Connie Bonneville, Managing Director

Connie Bonneville | Managing Director of IKOR of North East ScottsdaleConnie Bonneville is the Managing Director of IKOR of North East Scottsdale which services seniors and people with disabilities in North East Scottsdale, Fountain Hills and Paradise Valley.

Growing up, Connie’s family lived next door to her father’s parents until they became unable to care for themselves, at which point, they moved in with her father’s home.  It became the ‘new normal’ for Connie’s parents to help her grandparents with bathing, getting dressed, and going to doctors’ appointments until they passed away.

In 1989, Connie’s grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease.  Connie’s mother immediately took responsibility for all her grandmother’s needs, arranged for care, and coordinated the resources necessary to help her grandmother maintain her quality of life as the disease progressed.  She had to do all of this long distance, and often had to travel several hundred miles as Connie’s grandmothers needs changed.  She navigated the legal and financial challenges brought on by Alzheimer’s by obtaining Power of Attorney and made many difficult decisions that were sometimes opposed by family members.  Having witnessed and offered her own support when possible, Connie appreciates how critical, emotional and time-consuming caring for an aging loved one can be.

Connie is looking forward to bringing IKOR’s solutions to the Valley, in North East Scottsdale, Fountain Hills and Paradise Valley and helping families and professionals in need.

Registered Nurse Advocates

RN Advocates are registered nurses who have multiple years of clinical experience. They have received specialized training from IKOR in medical advocacy and life care management. Our RN Advocates manage a small number of client cases and help our clients navigate the complex and fragmented health care system. From making sense of medical information to attending doctor’s appointments, determining cognitive abilities and coordinating care between specialists, our RN Advocates ensure our client's medical needs are being met and they are receiving the best care possible.

Personal Needs Coordinators

Personal Needs Coordinators (PNCs) coordinate the delivery of services that enable an individual to live a fulfilled and independent life. Our PNCs can aid in finding and vetting vendors for home care, or help arrange for yard care or home maintenance for clients who live at home. Our PNCs also provide simple bill pay services for the client and can be instrumental in mitigating the risk of financial exploitation.
