Joel Bakole Kalamba, Managing Director
Joel Bakole Kalamba is the Managing Director of IKOR of Hillsborough County South located in Sun City Center, Florida. He is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA).
Joel was born and raised in the Democratic Republic of Congo. In 2008, he moved to Canada to pursue his education.
Joel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and a Master’s degree in Economics from Canada. He has extensive work experience in the financial sector working for one of Canada’s largest banks.
Joel relocated to Florida in 2016 to care for his mother who has a chronic illness. His business knowledge and personal experience led him to IKOR.
Ultimately, Joel is a committed individual who wants to make a significant impact in the life of seniors and those with special needs.
Registered Nurse Advocates
Barbara M. Caleca, RN, BS is the Registered Nurse Advocate of IKOR of Hillsborough County South. She is a registered nurse with over 38 years of healthcare experience. While as a bedside RN, Barbara cared for cardiac patients and was cross trained for both the intensive care unit and emergency department. In recent years, Barbara has directed hospital-based quality improvement programs which ensured patients received the correct care at the correct time in the correct way. She brings this experience to her role as a Registered Nurse Advocate.
Barbara was born and raised outside of St. Louis, MO. She is licensed as a Registered Nurse in both Missouri and Florida. She and her husband Nick moved to Sun City Center, FL in March 2014 where they now reside year-round.

Personal Needs Coordinators
Our Personal Needs Coordinators (PNCs) are experienced financial professionals who provide guidance, planning, oversight and the implementation of plans designed to focus on our client’s important life challenges. Personal Needs Coordinators can act as an independent, objective party to help make financial decisions that are in the best interest of our client. From helping the client find an appraiser for antiques or jewelry to helping them liquidate assets or getting quotes and bids for home modifications and repairs, our PNCs are ready to help our clients make informed decisions.
