Patricia Maisano, Managing Director

Dr. Maisano is an RN with more than 30 years experience in Nursing and Case Management.

She is the Founder and CIO of IKOR International but remains Managing Director of this the first IKOR site, which not only works with customers and clients, but is the Beta site for new innovations and products as they evolve.

Dr. Maisano is involved and serves on the board of several community service groups, including Domestic Violence, The United Way, The Chester County Wide YMCA, The Brain Injury Support Program in Delaware, and a local Senior Center.

Dr. Maisano has achieved several relevant national certification. She is nationally certified as a CCM ( Case Manager), FAACM (Fellowship in Case Mangement), NG  Board certified professional guardian), PGCM (Professional Geriatric Care Manager), and ABDA (Certified Disability Analysis- Diplomat).

Dr. Maisano is an acknowledged as court expert in issues surrounding care of both Seniors and the Disabled of all ages, and been quoted in these same areas in numerous online, newspaper, and magazine articles throughout the US, including the Wall Street Journal. She has been and continues to be a noted speaker to professional organizations and the general public. Her presentations have been used for continuing education credits to numerous professionals.

Registered Nurse Advocates

Our Registered Nurse Advocates are highly experienced professionals with supervisory or management experience in the nursing field. RN Advocates have received specialized training from IKOR and have a special understanding of medical advocacy. They help our clients, and their families, navigate the complex, and often fragmented care systems. We understand tending to the needs of seniors and the disabled can be a daunting challenge. Our RN Advocates work with our clients to determine their medical needs and coordinate the delivery of care services to ensure our client’s needs are being met and personal preferences are being fulfilled.

Personal Needs Coordinators

Our Personal Needs Coordinators (PNCs) are experienced financial professionals who provide guidance, planning, oversight and the implementation of plans designed to focus on our client’s important life challenges. Personal Needs Coordinators can act as an independent, objective party to help make financial decisions that are in the best interest of our client. From helping the client find an appraiser for antiques or jewelry to helping them liquidate assets or getting quotes and bids for home modifications and repairs, our PNCs are ready to help our clients make informed decisions.
