Schult earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Kentucky and holds accreditation as both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Senior Advisor. Prior to joining the national IKOR network, he held management and senior-level roles in financial planning and analysis, accounting and regulatory positions for organizations including Deloitte, the FDIC, Milacron and Multi-Color.
